Victoria, Canada

A trek through Victoria, Canada during a drizzly spring day, enjoying the beautiful architecture of the city and admiring the immaculate landscaping of the Butchart Gardens.

This trek was made during the spring of 2015 during a cloudy, drizzly weekend when the town was still quiet right before its first wave of tourists.  One thing I love about living in Seattle is having Canada so close, especially towns like Victoria, which make it feel like I am getting away to Europe for a weekend.  The architecture, tea ceremonies, and French and English signs are always a welcome sight.
The Butchart Gardens were especially exciting as the park is covered in multiple swarms of colors.  These sights makes Victoria, BC a beautiful place to visit.
